NOTE: All listings were disabled and hidden at 11:59pm EDT June 5th to prepare the listings for June 6th. The store will be put on maintenance mode June 6th at 7:00pm EDT to finalize the listings, and will open at 8:00pm EDT.

• Open Access for Canadian and US customers to all shades that have an inventory of 1 or 2 (marked as "Open Access Stock" on the website)  - see list below or VIEW PRODUCTS HERE
• Reserve Stock Access for Canadians to a portion of the inventory for all polish that has stock levels of 3 or more - see list below or VIEW ALL PRODUCTS HERE
• No password is necessary for Reserve Stock Access. Reserve Stock Access products will be visible to the Canadian market only. If an order comes in from the US, regardless of shipping address (to the US or within Canada), the order will be canceled.
• All listings will be disabled and hidden at 11:59pm EDT on June 5th. Please ensure that you have completed checkout before this time. No orders will be processed after the listings are hidden. All listings will be enabled and visible once again at 8:00pm EDT June 6th.

• Open Access to all remaining inventory.

POLICIES:

• All sales are final.
• Any previous statements, comments or promises, stated or implied, made by Gracie Jay & Co, Girly Bits Cosmetics, and/or any of its employees, in regards to the BKL inventory and restock are null and void.
• Any mention of a Gift With Purchase (aka GWP) within the product listings is in reference to the original Bee's Knees Lacquer release only and does not imply a gift with purchase from Gracie Jay & Co.

LIMITS:

• Limit 1 bottle of each shade per person and/or email address.
• If we feel that the limits can be lifted, an announcement will be made.
• There will be a 24 hour notice given before limits are lifted.
• We reserve the right to lift the limit as we see fit.

IF SOMEONE ORDERS MORE THAN ONE BOTTLE OF ANY SHADE:

• If someone orders more than one bottle of any one shade in a single order, the entire order will be canceled.
• If someone orders the same shade within 2 or more orders, the first order will be honoured (provided it does not have multiples in it). Any orders with duplicate shades, after the first order, will be canceled in full.
• Cancellation of said orders can happen at any time, up until the order is being processed for shipping.
• If you realize that you mistakenly added more than one bottle of any particular shade to one or more orders, contact us immediately at graciejayandco@outlook.com
• Any products from canceled orders will be set aside and put into mystery bags for a future release.

HOW DO I SEE THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE AVAILABLE TO MY COUNTRY ONLY?

• Only the products that are available to purchase in your country should automatically be visible to you based on your IP address.
• You can further ensure that you are seeing the correct products by confirming that the currency selector (at the bottom of the page) is set to your country.
• BEWARE: If your currency selector is set to another country and that country's available products are visible to you, you may be able to add them to your cart, however you will not be able to checkout. If you add products to your cart while your currency selector is set to a country other than your own, you run the risk of having your entire cart dumped should you attempt to checkout, or if you try to switch back to your country’s currency.
