Discount Codes may be offered for a number of reasons, including but not limited to, promotions, order or shipping errors, etc.

Some coupon codes are issued to individuals, some to groups of customers and some are available for anyone to use. Gracie Jay & Co reserves the right to apply restrictions to discount codes.

Restrictions on active discount codes may be applied to certain promotions. If coupon codes cannot be used during a promotion or sale, it will be communicated in the promotion/sale terms and conditions.

AUTOCOMBINE ORDERS OVER $100

Canadian customers can request to register to have their orders automatically combined. If you place orders frequently and would like the peace of mind of having your orders combined for shipping once you have reached the $100 free shipping threshold, without having to keep track, please CONTACT US to inquire about the complete details.

SHIPPING DELAY

May 29/25: Due to a recent shipping delay, customers with affected orders will receive a discount code with their order that entitles them to a discount off of their next order. This code is applicable to qualifying customers only.

Customers affected by the shipping delay include: TO BE UPDATED ONCE SHIPPING HAS BEEN CAUGHT UP AND COMPLETED

Restrictions: One use per customer. Cannot be combined with other order discount codes. Can be applied with shipping discounts.

If you have a problem using a discount code, please contact us about the issue, BEFORE placing an order. We cannot always resolve the issue once an order has been placed.
