An update to the update of the update 🙃

The TAT spreadsheet has been updated!!

Any orders that we are able to ship will receive a shipping notification by the end of the tomorrow. If you are waiting for a notification and do not receive one by the end of the day tomorrow, please email me and I will look into it when I am back in the shipping office on Friday.

Some notes about outstanding pre-orders that are behind schedule:
  • By Vanessa Molina - Scares & Magic - delayed due to an error and issue - if you have an order containing one of the shade from this collection we will ship what we can and ship the Scares & Magic shades separately when they get here (you will not be charged shipping for the additional shipment)
  • Zodiac collabs (Scorpio, Virgo & Libra) - same issue and shipping solution as By Vanessa Molina (see above)
  • Emily de Molly (October & November) - customs issue - fingers crossed it has been resolved and will be in our hands very shortly
  • Kathleen & Co (Holiday 2024, Multichrome Quad and Winter '24) - delayed due to supply issues - should be on it's way to us the beginning of February
  • Phoenix (Paint the Town Red II) - shipping with Hummingbird collection which had a set ETA of the middle/end of January)
  • Rogue (Summer Storms Quad, Falloween 2024 - First They're Spooky and Then They're Sweet Quads, and Facebook Customs) - customs issue - was turned back to Rogue - waiting for an update on when it will be back on it's way to us

All of the above is noted on the TAT spreadsheet.

Today's tasks include ensuring that all emails are caught up, then getting upcoming pre-orders and restocks announced.

Speaking of upcoming pre-orders, we are confirming to make sure we can offer the following and when the orders need to be submitted by so that we can set our pre-order dates. Here is what we are working on:
  • Phoenix - Labyrinth Collection
  • Penelope Luz - Magic Touch Collection
  • Garden Path Lacquer - Valentine's Day trio and a California wildfire charity polish
  • Cracked Polish - Prugly Polish Pals & Glow'd up Nail Lovers CUSTOMS
  • Nailed It - Returning shades & Moonbeam mysteries
  • Rogue - The Office & SHIMMAHS FB Customs

A note about Emily de Molly. They will not be shipping to stockists in January, and possibly February - will be back at Gracie Jay starting in March.
