With Canada Post employees back to work, shipping will soon resume at Gracie Jay & Co.
Since we are a small business that uses their On Demand parcel pickup, we will be able to begin scheduling pickups again starting Monday, December 23rd.
Shipping notifications will begin hitting your inboxes today, however, please keep in mind that we have quite a number of orders backlogged to go out for shipping so it may take us a few days to get all shipping notifications out.
If you receive a shipping notification, you will not see your order picked up by Canada Post until Monday, December23rd. It is also important to note that we are limited to the number of parcels that we can schedule for each pickup, so pickups may have to be spread out over a number of days.
We had a shut down of the office scheduled to begin today until January 6, 2025, however we will be working until we can clear as much backlog as possible between now and December 26th (when we have a pre-scheduled vacation planned).
