COMBINED SHIPPING AVAILABLE IF REQUESTED

• If you place multiple orders you may request that we combine them for shipping. 
• Check your order confirmation email for a code you can use to remove the shipping fee from new orders that are to be combined with existing open orders.
• Please leave a note in your new order stating the order number of your existing open order, and request this new order be combined with the earlier order. 
• Combined multiple orders will receive a refund for any shipping overages paid, within a week after it's been shipped.
