Shipping policy

We are shipping from Canada via Canada Post with tracking on ALL packages. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are shipping within Canada or the USA only.

Free Shipping

Free shipping automatically applies to qualifying orders of $100CAD* or more (*before taxes & shipping fees. $100CAD in product ONLY).

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped by the most economical service that includes tracking. Typically that is Expedited Parcel within Canada, and Tracked Packet USA to the United States.

Shipping to the USA

For international shipments, customs, duties, tariffs or additional fees determined by the destination country may apply. The customer is obligated to cover all customs, duties, tariffs and fees associated with their order. Please be aware that international packages may experience delays due to customs processes, a factor beyond the control of Gracie Jay and Company.

While uncommon, it is important to acknowledge that Gracie Jay and Company cannot be held responsible for any rare instances of packages being lost, seized, or destroyed during customs clearance.
