Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. *See note about Refunds below.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, or nail polish). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Any order (in-stock or pre-order) with a status of unfulfilled can be refunded. Once the order has been processed for shipping, refunds can no longer be issued.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to be reflected back to your original method of payment. If you do not see the refund after 10 full business days, reach out to us at graciejayandco@outlook.com (https://graciejayandco.com/pages/contact) and we can provide you with the reference number that you will need to follow up with your credit card company or financial institution.

Shipping Overages & Refunds

If you requested that an order be held to ship with future orders, shipping overages will be refunded once your orders have shipped (by the following Sunday, at the latest.)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We require photos of the damage before we can consider issuing a refund for the damaged product.

Lost packages

If you suspect that your parcel is lost, please contact your local post office with your tracking number to open a support ticket. Please email us at graciejayandco@outlook.com with the same information so that we are aware of a support ticket being opened.

Refunds for parcels with tracking numbers indicating undelivered status will only be considered after a minimum of 60 days has elapsed from the date of shipment.

It is our policy that we can not assume responsibility for parcels marked as delivered but not physically received by the customer.

Returned packages

A package may be returned for any number of reasons, including but not limited to, an incorrect address or refused delivery.

Once an order has been shipped by Gracie Jay & Co., we are unable to intercept it to make changes.

It is not uncommon for returned packages to show little to no tracking information when it is on it's way back to us. If, after 14 days from when the packages shows as being returned to us there is still no movement, we will open a service ticket with Canada Post and advise you to do the same.

If a package is returned to Gracie Jay & Co. for any reason*, the shipping fee to re-ship the package is the responsibility of the customer. Paying to have the package re-shipped applies to all orders, including those that originally qualified for free shipping.

*If a package is returned to us due to an error on our part, Gracie Jay & Co. will cover the shipping cost to get the package back to the customer.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
