ZOOM! ZOOM! What a Rush is a quick drying glossy top coat to seal and protect your manicure.

Apply over wet/tacky polish for best results, and in three minutes you are good to go! You can apply two coats for a smoother finish on particularly textured polishes.

Non yellowing, and no UV light required.  

What a Rush is 2 Free, and does not contain Formaldehyde or DBP. It does contain Toluene.

Ingredients: Butyl Acetate, Toluene, Ethyl Acetate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Acrylate Copolymer, Butyl Benzyl Phthalate, Cellulose Acetate Butyrate, Benzophenone, CI 60725 Violet #2
